By using OneTapOK you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the service is

OneTapOK is a tool for a voluntary daily check-in. The user confirms once a day that they are OK; if a confirmation is missing, a trusted loved one receives a notification.

Not an emergency service

OneTapOK is NOT a medical or emergency service. It does not automatically call emergency services and does not guarantee a response. In an emergency always call your local emergency number.

Reliability

We work to keep the service reliable, but notification delivery also depends on third parties (email, internet). We do not guarantee real-time delivery.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or delayed notifications.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be marked with a new last-updated date.
